Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and credits for BonusInsider Yoga Studio services.
General Refund Policy
At BonusInsider Yoga Studio, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the sustainability of our business.
Class Pack Refunds
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if unused
- Pro-rated refund for unused classes after 7 days
- No refunds after 3 months from purchase
- Class packs are non-transferable
Monthly Memberships
- Cancellations require 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
- Membership can be paused for medical reasons with documentation
- Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time
Private Sessions
- Full refund with 48 hours notice
- 50% refund with 24-48 hours notice
- No refund with less than 24 hours notice
- Rescheduling allowed with 24 hours notice
Workshops and Special Events
- Full refund with 7 days notice
- 50% refund with 3-7 days notice
- No refund with less than 3 days notice
- Transfer to another person allowed with 48 hours notice
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
